The King's Kids Club program is a dynamic club-type outreach program designed for boys
and girls in first through sixth grades. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m.
The fundamental Baptist curriculum places emphasis on Bible memory within the context
of Biblical Doctrine and individual character building. (Click on the logo at right to see how you can start a King's Kids program in your church.)
The lessons, scripture memory work, and all the materials use the King James
version of the Bible.
Here is how a typical meeting is run:
| 6:45 |
Game Time begins with the children's prayer requests and a brief time of prayer.
Games are played until Achievement Time. |
| 7:05 |
Achievement Time consists of Bible memory work. |
| 7:25 |
During Assembly Time a lesson is presented from God's Word.
Real-world application of the Biblical principles is stressed and questions
are encouraged. We close in prayer |
| 7:45 |
For Craft Time a relatively simple craft is done. Some take several
weeks to complete, while others can be done in one evening. (Younger children
receive help -- if necessary) |
| 8:00 |
Clubbers are dismissed. |
Flyer's Club meets at the same time as King's Kids.
All of the children (King's Kids and Flyers) meet together at the beginning for opening
prayer, but Flyer's Club is designed for boys and girls ages 3 to 5 years old. Due to
the ages of the children, it is necessary for them to receive parental help memorizing
verses at home. Through the help of parents, the Flyer's Club has a more active,
effective program. It's an excellent opportunity for parents to memorize God's Word
with their child.
The Flyer's Club program is divided into three levels: Feed My Lambs (3 y.o),
the Flyers Express (4 y.o.), and the Kite Flyers (5 y.o).
